You may return any Product that you have purchased from us within 7 days of delivery, provided that:


– The Product is unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in its original condition and packaging.

– The Product has all tags, labels and seals intact.

– The Product is not a perishable, customized, personalized, engraved, monogrammed or otherwise non-returnable item.

– You have proof of purchase and a valid reason for returning the Product.


To return a Product, you must contact us by email at and request a return authorization number (RAN). You must then send the Product back to us at [Your Return Address] with the RAN clearly written on the package. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs and ensuring that the Product reaches us safely and securely. We recommend that you use a trackable and insured service to return the Product.


We will inspect the returned Product and notify you by email whether we accept or reject your return request. If we accept your return request, we will refund the price of the Product and any applicable taxes to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned Product. We will not refund any delivery charges or other fees that you have paid.


If we reject your return request, we will send the Product back to you at your expense and charge you a restocking fee equal to 2% of the price of the Product.


We reserve the right to refuse any return request that does not comply with these Terms or our return policy.
